You ordered from us and want to withdraw from the contract? You can do that here online — for the entire order or for individual items. You do not need a customer account and you do not have to give a reason.

We will send the confirmation of receipt here right away.

You will find it in your order confirmation, e.g. ST-20261001-1234. If you do not have it to hand, enter the order date.
